Our client is looking for a Desktop Support consultant to provide expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom supported applications and hardware. Ideal candidate will have experience with the following technologies including but not limited to: legacy telephony systems (PBX, voicemail, Centrex); call accounting; VoIP and associated networking; wireless devices and peripherals (smart devices); video conferencing; desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware.
4 years - Initiate and process telephone service requests (move/add/change). Create telecom vendor orders (local, long distance, and cellular)
4 years - Problem analysis and resolution: Provide tier 1 support for telecom system and service.
2 years - IBM compatible PCs
2 years - Installation and Maintenance of PCs
4 years - Network Topology
4 years - Trouble shooting all hardware
2 years - ACD/UCD Design/support. Terminate and install telecom service and equipment (phones, headsets, etc. Telecommunications service ; support and order local, long distance, toll free services.
2 years - Cable/Fiber Management
4 years - Ethernet
3 years - Local Area Networks (LAN)
2 years - PBX
4 years - TCP/IP
2 years - Telecommunication: Design and configure Centrex analog and digital service
3 years - Telecommunication: Design and configure of ACD, VoIP, and IVR systems
