Description:
Our client is looking for a Tridion Web Developer. The client web team is responsible for maintaining and updating various state websites, including the ones related to COVID-19.Candidate will update data websites in Tridion and PowerBI for an 11 am central standard website update needed Monday-Friday for the media and CSS data file production for external stakeholders who rely on public health information.
Tasks
Create, update, or retire website pages in response to the COVID19 pandemic in Tridion working with all executive branch agencies under the guidance of the Governor’s office
Initial work will focus on COVID 19 related websites, but tasks on additional state websites may be added in the future.
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications around website delivery.
Respond quickly due to the pandemic emergency response nature of the tasks, ensuring that proper signoffs are gathered before website change launches.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Consult and coach project teams on how to build websites and submit web requests
Support and engage senior leaders on web metrics and analytics reports on COVID19 tickets, trends and results.
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Integrate change management activities into project plans
Advise on success metrics and monitoring change progress
Support change management at the organizational level

5 years of experience working with CSS
1 year experience in Power BI reporting

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
2 years of web design skills
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
3 years web/mobile testing skills, including writing test plans and test cases
2 years of accessibility testing assessment, remediation, and updates
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
