NOTE: Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI within 30 days of the start date at their own expense. (90% remote and 10% onsite). Primarily remote, but candidate must be available to come onsite if needed. On call hours may be required. Weekend coverage required for maintenance and support. We can accept H1b, H4, TN and other valid work visas for IT. However we cannot accept OPT or CPT visas at this time.
Our Client is looking for a Systems Architect that will provide innovative solutions within a diverse Enterprise environment with multiple, cloud services and on-premises infrastructure components. The candidate will have expert level troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze current technologies used within our organization and determine ways to improve performance and provide stability to backend services. A high-level of soft skills in collaborating with Information Technology professionals within the organization to ensure the proper infrastructure components are designed, delivered, managed, available, working as designed for projects or operations, and that best practices and organizational IT policies are being followed. The candidate should also be capable of applying various methodologies and frameworks when leading modernization or upgrade initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
The individual will work closely with Information Technology professionals to ensure technical components are available for projects and working properly. They will work closely with the supervisor and project teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives, provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, and define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution. They will be well versed in projecting for possible challenges on constraints including risks, time, resources, and scope changes to the project. They will have the ability to direct a small team in completing tasks, improving on operational support or maintenance, and document processes as needed.
