Our client is looking for an On-Base Administrator/Developer to support, maintain, and develop additional functionality with OnBase
In 2019, client implemented a solution using OnBase by Hyland to support the following:
A web-based filing portal, to allow insurers to file various documents electronically into OnBase, greatly reducing the efforts formerly required to handle paper filings
Generation and editing of associated documents generated
Business process workflow, collecting the dates of work and transactions within the office
Automating the review of documents and approvals of requests, and
Reminding staff to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Tasks
User support and triage of issues, and timely resolution of assigned tickets
Identifying patterns of tickets to isolate true root cause and propose solutions and/or changes
Understanding business requirements to achieve desired outcomes, while adhering to agency policies and procedures
Suggesting, and demonstrating, conceptual designs to improve the user experience
High quality module configuration and design using low-to-no-code approach, with minimal oversight
Communication of important updates and/or necessary changes to Management, where appropriate
Recommendation for design improvements to existing solutions
Standard development environment requirements, to include documentation and task tracking
Support for other IT team initiatives as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong communication skills, including verbal (phone/video) and written (email)
Strong analytical, organizational, and task management skills
Desire and ability to actively participate in business requirements gathering sessions and technical reviews
Skills Required
5+ years - Building OnBase low-to-no code solutions, following Hyland best practices and design methodology:
o Workview standalone applications
o Workflow standalone lifecycles
o Workflow/Workview combined solutions
o Document Composition templates
5+ years - Design thinking - determine and work toward an outcome, not just following a list of steps
5+ years - Troubleshooting pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal existing documentation
5+ years - Working directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctly
5+ years - Creating and editing business process and technical documentation
Completed or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) (Hyland Certified OnBase WorkView Administrator) certification, within the past 4 years

IT Service Management (ITIL) certification (include on resume)
Jira experience (user/and or developer)
Windows Server administration experience
Agile and Waterfall SDLC (and the ability to determine the best approach given a business need)
