Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) professional to support multiple projects. The BA will provide excellent customer service supporting both project and work request needs for the Agency. This person will have the opportunity to work on a new IT solution for issuing, analyzing, and monitoring energy rebates. These IT solutions leverage current technologies and include working with Agency subject matter experts, vendors, and the public. In addition, as part of the overall support for Agency, the BA will be a critical member of the Agency Services BA team, participating in various related work requests for the Agency and contributing to the operational activities of the BA team. Customer service and being a champion to ease Agency compliance with client policies and practices are key performance expectations. The position requires being able to quickly gain a working understanding of applicable constraints and enablers and help the Department navigate those for the success of their projects and work requests.
