Our client is looking for Project Manager to support IT projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of project management and business analyst expertise.
Tasks
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources and budget.
Coordinate with cross-function teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
Monitor and track project progress.
Identify and address risks and issues.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review project updates and gather feedback.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
Manage project documentation, including status reports, schedules and risk logs.
Foster clear communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
Support change management processes to ensure smooth project transitions and adoption.
Oversee project closure activities including final reporting, lessons learned and knowledge transfer.

Skills Required
10 years - Direct experience managing large-scale IT projects involving multiple technical resources and diverse stakeholders
10 years - Knowledge and direct experience working as a business analyst/project manager in collaboration with IT professionals, such as developers and business experts to create requirements and develop technical specifications for use in developing custom applications.
10 years - Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall and tools
10 years - Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and best practices related to business needs, investigative techniques, workflows, use cases, user stories, comparison analysis, time and cost estimates, data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience creating technical specifications and system designs for customer application development
Knowledge of data analysis tools and business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards
Bachelor's Degree (please include on Resume)
